Shipping policy
Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Estimated delivery times:
- Mainland Spain: 2-4 business days
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 4-7 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-15 business days
These times are estimates and may be affected by causes beyond Veraya's control (customs, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight, and are shown in detail before you confirm your purchase. We may offer free shipping above a minimum order amount according to current promotions.
Order tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
Shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Orders destined for these areas may be subject to tariffs, taxes or additional fees set by local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders: For shipments outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes applicable in their country.
Damage or loss during shipping: If you receive a damaged order or do not receive it within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@veraya.net with your order number. We will handle the issue with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
